Regional Clone Care Specialist
The Role
The Regional Clone Care Specialist is responsible for executing brand retail standards and ensuring that clone products are healthy, well maintained, stocked, and merchandised correctly in all partner retail accounts. This role is the face of the brand with our retail partners and is professional, timely, and courteous.
Responsibilities
- Traveling to all retail locations within specified territory to represent brand
- Checking product inventory levels and reporting back on the CRM system (data, pictures, comments, etc.)
- Merchandising of product, cleaning of racking systems, following merchandising SOP
- Plant care - watering all clone products according to care SOP, pulling product that is not up to retail specifications
- Educating store employees and customers on clones, growing at home, and the brand’s value proposition
- Connecting with store employees and managers to provide feedback on sales, merchandising, and overall relationship
- Strict and timely data collection on store visits, inventory levels, customer conversations, pictures of product, pictures of retail shelves, and time/mileage tracking
- Ad Hoc projects, tasks, deliveries, etc. for additional company departments
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; associates degree or certifications preferred
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work well with others while also completing individually assigned tasks
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to brand standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
- Passion and interest for cannabis cultivation and experience in sales, customer service, etc.
Additional Requirements
- Must pass all required background checks and approval by state badging agency to work in the cannabis industry
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Must possess valid driver's license
- Musti possess safe and reliable vehicle with ability to drive 30+ miles per day
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Part Time and Seasonal
- $20/hour
