Regional Clone Care Specialist

The Role

As a Clone Care Specialist you are responsible for executing our brand retail expectations and standards, shelf management, ensuring the clones are watered, proper product rotation on shelf, and communicating any inventory issues. This allows for every consumer to get the very best product, regardless of the retail location. Being in-store also gives you the unique opportunity to encourage, educate and excite store employees and customers about growing their own. As the Clone Care Specialist, you should feel confident in providing education about our products, recording product data, and representing the brand in store and during patient appreciation days.

Qualifications

    • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; associates degree or certifications preferred
    • Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
    • Customer Service oriented: 1 year (preferred)
    • Savvy in social media
    • Must be enthusiastic and self driven
    • Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to manage time effectively
    • Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills
    • Basic computer skills (working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Goggle Suite)
    • Ability to work well with others while also completing individually assigned tasks
    • Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to brand standards
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
    • Passion and interest for cannabis cultivation and experience in sales, customer service, etc.

    Additional Requirements

    • Must pass all required background checks and approval by state badging agency to work in the cannabis industry
    • Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
    • Must possess valid driver's license
    • Must possess safe and reliable vehicle with ability to drive 30+ miles per day
    • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
    • Part Time and Seasonal
    • $20/hour

    Schedule

    Must be available Monday-Thursday (some weekends and nights required)
